Postage and packing within mainland UK excluding the scottish Highlands is a flat rate of £4.95 for orders up to £150, for orders over £150 P&P is free.

For the Channel islands, Isle of man, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland please Contact us for a quote as items will be sent at cost. As the system automatically adds the £4.95 P&P to any orders, we reserve the right to await the differnce in the P&P before dispatching orders.
International P&P may be available, please Contact us for details.


Items can be paid for via by credit or debit card by emailing us with your telephone number and a time to call when we can take your order over the phone, until the new site is up and running when you will be able to buy online. Orders should be received within 7 working days of cleared payment being received.

Payment can also be made by cheque or postal order, please Contact us with order details and we will confirm items are available and send payment details/address.

Our refund policy if you are dissatisfied with any item is that a full refund of item cost will be made on the return of the item in original packaging and condition within 7 working days of original delivery date. For faulty items a full refund will be made of the item cost and P&P costs involved.

In some cases items may sell out before we have a chance to update the site. In this case we will notify you when new stock will be arriving and refund the item cost if neccessary. If time is of the essence please let us know when the order is made and we will do our best to help.
